Election for the LCNA Governing Board will take place on Sunday, December 6, at 7:00 p.m., at the Lost
Creek Limited District Building.
Early Nominations for all positions on the LCNA Governing Board are now open.
Early Nominations must be received by Saturday, October 31, 2026.
Early nominations may be made by mail or email to the Election Committee. (lcna.elections@gmail.com,

Positions on the Board include:
- President
- Vice President
- Secretary
- Treasurer
- Area 1 Representative
- Area 2 Representative
- Area 3 Representative
- Area 4 Representative
The following current Board members have indicated that they intend to run for re-election to their current positions:
- Shriya Josephsen, President
- LeslieOdom, Secretary
- Chipp Norcross, Area 1 Representative
- Scott Smith, Area 2 Representative
- Scott Sproat, Area 3 Representative
- Paul Harrington, Area 4 Representative
Any LCNA member may nominate any current LCNA member, including himself or herself.
All early nominations must include a first and last name, Lost Creek address, telephone number and/or
email address for the Nominee.
Upon receipt of a nomination, the Secretary will confirm the eligibility of the Nominee, his or her
willingness to serve on the Governing Board, and the name he or she wishes to be placed on the ballot.
The Nominee may then submit a biographical sketch and statement of candidacy, limited to 250 words,
to the Election Committee, no later than Friday, November 6.
All nominee information will be posted on the LCNA website on November 8, and the membership will
be notified by email.
In addition to the early nomination process set forth above, floor nominations will be accepted at the
time of election. All floor nominees must be current members of the LCNA. A floor nominee’s eligibility
must be confirmed by the Secretary at the time of nomination.
